Each day a young man or woman takes the oath and dives head first into the profession of arms. They leap into a journey full of promises of purpose, excitement, and service to the greatest nation on earth. These promises are met and inevitably culminate in what many would agree is the very best job in the world.

However, the period of service is finite, and not long after separation and/or retirement, these men and women seek what they could only find working alongside fellow warfighters. They seek to serve, always.

This is the story of many of our veterans and it is the story of Competitive Range. We are the product of one veteran seeking an afterlife as purposeful and exciting as the one in uniform.

Competitive Range pays homage to its roots, electing the Brahma Bull as its mascot. This choice serves as a reminder that our firm was not the result of an exhaustive business plan derived in a dorm room, but rather the product of an NCO’s stressful contemplation of a means of feeding his family as a private citizen. It is a story of stewardship.
