The following is a summary of the various benefits we have carefully curated for our team. Each of these benefits is meant to support, care for, and enable our workforce to deliver world class mission support and technology solutions awesomeness. These benefits are available for regular, full-time US Employees.

Health/Vision/Dental

Competitive Range places great emphasis on health and well being. We provide a competitive medical plan, including prescription drug benefits, designed to meet your individual coverage needs. Dental plans and vision plans are also available for you and your family. Each year our management team audits the elected benefits to ensure that the plans offered continue to be competitive and value added.

Short Term and Long Term Disability

Short-term and long-term disability insurance can protect your financial well-being by replacing lost wages if an illness or injury prevents you from working. Competitive Range believes in mitigating the above-noted risk and believes in protecting its team members. Accordingly, Competitive Range offers paid short and long-term coverage to its team members.

Paid Holidays/PTO

Competitive Range seeks to simplify and streamline processes to suit an enriching and flat organizational construct. Each member is allocated a number of paid time off days (PTO) in addition to ten Federal Holidays. How our team members decide to consume that time is entirely up to them. Our approach to paid time off ensures that our team members need not worry about why the leave is necessary.

Disaster Relief

The Competitive Range Disaster Relief Fund was established to help associates who are facing financial hardship immediately after a natural disaster or an unforeseen personal hardship. The awarding of individual emergency grants will follow IRS guidelines and made on a case-by-case basis.

Health Savings Account

Competitive Range offers a health savings account (HSA) benefit. A HAS is a tax-advantaged medical savings account available to team members who are enrolled in a high-deductible health plan (HDHP). The funds contributed to an account are not subject to federal income tax at the time of deposit.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

Eligible employees may set aside a portion of current earnings on a pretax basis (if their tax status qualifies them) up to an annual maximum of $2,500 for reimbursement of qualifying health care expenses incurred during the plan year (and only while a participant under this Health Care FSA). Incurred expenses are eligible for reimbursement only when not otherwise covered by a health plan.

Employee Assistance Program

Available to all employees, with no hourly eligibility requirement. Confidential counseling and support program. Most services are available at no cost to employees.

Adoption Assistance

Available to all employees who complete at least 180 days of continuous service after obtaining a benefit-eligible status. The continuous-service requirement must be satisfied prior to the date of the final adoption decree(s). The program reimburses up to $1,500 per qualified adoption. Qualifying expenses must be incurred through private adoption or licensed adoption agencies.

Commuter Benefits

Commuter benefits offered to all full-time and part-time employees. Employees may use the commuter benefits to pay for job-related mass transit and/or parking expenses with a pretax dollar.

Educational Assistance

Eligible employees may be reimbursed for qualifying educational expenses as follows:
* Up to a maximum of $1,500 per the calendar year for approved undergraduate or graduate college courses taken as part of an employee’s degree program at an accredited institution.
* Up to a maximum of $500 per the calendar year for approved continuing educational expenses (including courses taken at an accredited trade or vocational school, business school or through a professional association).
* Total combined reimbursement of $1,500 per the calendar year for all educational assistance received under this program.

Training and Development

Extensive training programs are available for employees and supervisors to help them learn new skills, maintain safety or compliance, improve performance and develop in their careers. The extensive self-paced resource includes over 3,000 online courses, 20,000 online digital books, and nine learning portals that target key topic areas. CPE credits available on select online and classroom courses, PDU Credits are available on select online courses.
