OASIS SB 8(a)

Competitive Range Solutions, LLC (CRS) is a prime contractor on the One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services – Small Business 8(a) SubPool 1 (OASIS SB 8(a)) program. OASIS SB 8(a) is designed to address agencies’ need for a full range of service requirements that integrate multiple professional service disciplines and ancillary services/products with the flexibility for all contract types and pricing at the task order level. It provides industry-leading solutions that are recognized as “Best-in-Class” and help agencies meet their program and management goals. The services provided under OASIS SB 8(a) meet the professional service requirements of all Federal agencies, including all organizations within the Department of Defense (DoD) and National Security Community. 

OASIS SB 8(a) allows for all contract types at the task order level (e.g., Cost-Reimbursement, Fixed-Price, Time-and-Materials, Labor-Hour, etc). Task orders may also combine more than one contract type (e.g., FFP/Cost, FFP/Labor Hour etc.). Additionally, task orders may include incentives, performance-based measures, multi-year or option periods, and commercial or non-commercial items. There is no maximum dollar ceiling for each individual task order placed under OASIS SB 8(a) and an unlimited number of task orders may be placed under OASIS SB 8(a).

The Administrator of the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is specifically authorized to purchase supplies and non-personal services on behalf of other agencies under the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act (40 U.S.C. 501). In accordance with FAR 17.502-2(b), the Economy Act does not apply to task orders awarded under OASIS SB 8(a) under the authority of 40 U.S.C. 501.
